How to Make a Claim

Simply follow these steps:

    1. Call us on 0800 809 700 and provide your policy number to request a claim form. Or fill in this online form with a brief description of your circumstances and your current address.
    2. Depending on your circumstances further information may be required – we will advise you accordingly.
    3. Notice must be given as soon as possible following the event that has resulted in a claim to:
