By far the best insurance company I have ever dealt with! Bruce is so helpful, honest and full of good advice and guidance, which I sure needed when I found myself in a pretty horrible situation. Highly recommend them. Their service was prompt, they say they will get back to you within 48 hours (I think the time frame is), but I never wait long at all for a response. Blown away with how quick and easy this claim process has been. You get so used to insurance companies mucking around not responding etc. and creating a bad name for all insurance companies, but not this one, they are the best.
Just wanted to take the opportunity to let you know how great the staff are that I deal with in the Claims Department. The turnaround time is really quick on claims and I like the fact that I often receive an email acknowledging that my claim has been received and they are working on it. Then I get a second email once the claim is approved advising when the payment will be made and finally the invoice confirming payments. The process seems to be seamless and if I do have to call the staff are always friendly and very helpful. They are a great team.
